Business First Aid Training Course
Basic 2-hour first aid course
The basic first aid course is aimed at people who want to have a general knowledge of how to act in a medical emergency. The techniques that we will teach in this course are:
- Cardio pulmonary resuscitation: Maneuver used to maintain the life of a patient who has cardiac or respiratory arrest. It is usually used for people who have had a heart attack.
- Foreign body airway obstruction: A common case is choking on food and the most widely used maneuver is Heimlich’s.
- Anaphylaxis: Also called an allergic reaction.
- Wound healing: Although they are simple techniques, there is a lot of ignorance about the proper wound healing.
- Simulation of an emergency case: We will create a medical emergency case for the participants to practice the techniques learned.
